XPA V BELT:

The carefully designed XPA V belt will have lateral stiffness, which means that it has high stiffness over its entire width, so the tension rope will transfer the load evenly. At the same time, the belt must have high flexibility along its length to reduce heat and bending stress, which is achieved by the parallel arrangement of fibers in the rubber mixture in high-quality belts. 

Adhesive is an element that forms a strong chemical bond between the tension rope and the rubber raw material. It binds the belt together, so it can be used as a whole. The gum also absorbs the line stress and avoids the line pulling out. 

In order to protect the core of the belt from damaging environmental pressures such as oil, dirt and heat and general wear, some XPA V belts should have a fabric cover or belt layer. In a well-designed belt, this soft fabric can be treated to form a chemical bond with the belt core material, so that it can withstand the stress of bending over time and prolong the service life of the covering layer.

1. During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt shall be kept clean to avoid direct sunlight or rain and snow, to prevent contact with acids, alkalis, oils, organic solvents and other substances, and one meter away from the heating device.

2. During storage, the warehouse temperature should be kept between - 18-40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.

3. During storage, the products shall be placed in rolls and shall not be folded. During storage, the products shall be turned over once a quarter.

4. Conveyor belts of different types and layers should not be connected together, and their joints should be glued.

5. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of conveyor belt shall be reasonably selected according to the use conditions.

6. Generally, the running speed of conveyor belt should not be greater than 2.5 m/s. For materials with large block size and wear resistance, the unloading device using fixed pears should use low speed as far as possible.

7. The relationship between the transmission drum diameter of the conveyor and the belt cloth, the matching of the transmission drum and the reversing drum, and the requirements for the idler groove angle shall be reasonably selected according to the design provisions of the conveyor.

8. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the tape. In order to reduce the impact of falling materials on the tape, a chute should be used to reduce the falling distance of materials; The distance between idlers in the belt receiving section shall be shortened and the buffer idlers shall be used for leakage. The belt shall adopt soft and moderate baffle plates to prevent the baffle plates from being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
