Initial inspection

1. Before the production, we will check the dimension of the materials, detailed production drawings, as well as the accuracy of the calipers, gauges.

2. Conduct a visual inspection for the fittings we just produced to see if there is any visible defects, damages, or anomalies.

3. Use checking tools to measure the dimensions and threads required on the drawings to see whether they compliance with our production drawings.

Finish inspection

1. We will check our goods after we finish mass production, to see whether all dimensions, tolerance, and threads are conformed with the requirements.

2.Use testing equipment and specialized tools, if necessary to check the quality, functionality, and compliance of the completed workpiece.

3. Conduct a final visual inspection of the areas or items, noting any defects or non-compliances that need to be addressed.

4. Proceed final check after we take back our goods after the treatment, to see whether the thickness of the plating is conducted as required.

5. Prepare a final inspection report and issue a certificate of completion, or recommend remedial actions if any deficiencies found.
