Difference between SPZ v belt and XPZ v belt: 

The differences are as follows:

 1. SPZ v belt is a high efficiency narrow belt; XPZ is a chamfered triangular belt with cast teeth.

2. The heat dissipation capacity of XPZ is better than that of SPZ. 

3. XPZ triangle has better flexibility, and the pulley diameter that can be used is smaller than SPZ wheel. The minimum pulley diameter that can be used for general XPZ V-belt is 56mm; The smallest pulley diameter that SPZ can use is 63mm.

After the V-belt is installed, how to judge whether the V-belt is installed qualified? How to check the tightness of the V-belt? After the V-belt is installed, a pressure equivalent to 4kg can be applied in the middle of the V-belt. If the V-belt drops by 2 to 3 cm, the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate, and if it is not, it should be adjusted downward.

When replacing the triangle belt, pay attention not to mix the new triangle belt with the old triangle belt, and choose the same model as the original triangle belt. Replace the triangle belt with a complete set, which is liable to cause different tightness. The elasticity of the old triangle belt is weaker than that of the new triangle belt, resulting in uneven stress. If the triangle belt is used for too long and has too little elasticity, the old triangle belt may not work. This affects the efficiency of V-belt transmission.

The V-belt rotates by friction, so the surface of the V-belt should be kept rough to prevent the V-belt from taking up oil and mud, which makes the V-belt slip. Also, never let the V-belt contact with acid and alkali. If it contacts with acid and alkali, it is easy to corrode and affect the normal operation of the V-belt.
