SPA is a high-speed oil proof narrow V-belt, which is suitable for high-speed operation and oily environment.

The strong layer of narrow V-belt adopts high-strength rope core, which can bear large preload and increase the number of deflections. When the belt height is the same as that of ordinary V-belt, its bandwidth is about 1 / 3 smaller than that of ordinary V-belt, and the bearing capacity can be increased by 1.5 ~ 2.5 times. When transmitting the same power, the pulley width and diameter can be reduced, and the cost is 20 ~ 40% lower than that of ordinary V-belt.

The selected pulley model should be compatible with the selected V-belt, otherwise the V-belt will be abnormal in the pulley groove. When replacing the V-belt, bring the old belt to purchase, so as to avoid mistaking the model.

 

Before correct installation, install the V-belt, and use the same method to install a group of V-belts.

 

When installing the belt pulley in a cross groove, the center of the two upper belt pulleys must be aligned, otherwise the V-belt will work unilaterally, wear seriously, and reduce the service life of the V-belt.

 

When the new and old V-belts need to be replaced with two or more than three V-belts, the V-belts of the specified model shall be selected, and the tightness of each group of V-belts shall be consistent.

 

During use, the triangular belt shall be strictly prevented from oil contamination and muddy water, and shall not contact with corrosive substances such as acid and alkali, so as to prevent slipping and premature damage of the triangular belt due to corrosion.

 

Daily maintenance operators and users should master the correct operation essentials during normal driving, and try to avoid sudden starting and sudden braking according to the technical requirements of the user manual; Frequent overload operation shall also be prevented. When the machines and tools are out of service for a long time, the V-belt should be removed and stored separately.
