SPC belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient maintenance, standardized components and so on. 

It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal and other departments to transport loose materials or finished goods. 

According to the requirements of conveying process, it can be transported by a single set, combined with multiple sets or combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of operation lines with different layout forms. 

The belt conveyor can be used within the ambient temperature range of - 20 ℃, and the temperature of transported materials is below 50 ℃. 

High inclination belt conveyor is used for material anti-skid and feeding in special environment. Please choose high inclination belt when the inclination requirement is very large.

What is the difference between spc V-belt and type C

1. Different applicability: spc V-belt is a narrow V-belt, which is used for industrial machinery with large transmission power. c-type V-belt can be used for agricultural machinery and some can be used for industry.

2. Different appearances: the spc triangle belt is a little narrower than the c triangle belt. The top width of the spc triangle belt is 22.0 and the height is 18.0 mm. The top width of the c triangle belt is 22.0 and the height is 14.0 mm.

3. Different power: when transmitting the same power, the pulley width and diameter can be reduced, and the cost is 20-40% lower than that of ordinary V-belts.
