Processing flow of synchronous pulley

1. According to the above requirements of the drawing, the rough appearance of the synchronous pulley shall be processed first. What needs to be paid attention to is the thickness of the synchronous pulley, the maximum outer diameter size and the size of the inner hole.

2. According to the processing requirements of the tooth groove of the synchronous belt and the required tooth groove model, the tooth groove of the synchronous belt pulley is cut and programmed, and then the tooth groove is formed.

3. The groove of the inner hole of the synchronous belt pulley shall be completed by using slotting machine or wire cutting according to the requirements, and then the machining of the inner hole groove shall be completed according to these requirements.

4. If the processed synchronous belt pulley requires a rim, the whole processing process can be completed only by welding the rim to the synchronous belt pulley in the last step.
