The inner holes of the linked synchronous wheel are divided into round holes and key slot holes,2 fixing screw holes as standard.
The standard tolerance of inner hole of synchronous wheel is 0.01-0.02MM; Keyway tolerance positive 0.02-0.05mm.
Points needing attention during installation of synchronous wheel 2GT
1. When installing the synchronous belt 2GT on the 2GT timing pulley, pay attention not to use excessive force, or use a sharp object to pry the synchronous belt 2GT, so as to avoid invisible damage to the installation of the synchronous wheel 2GT due to the hard pry.
2. When designing and installing the 2GT timing pulley, it is necessary to select two synchronous wheels first. The center distance between the wheel bodies of 2GT can be adjusted. If this transmission system is not allowed in the structure, the synchronous belt 2GT and the installation synchronous wheel 2GT can be installed on the opposite shaft.
3. After installing the synchronous wheel 2GT, the initial tension on the synchronous wheel 2GT transmission system must be properly adjusted.
4. In the transmission of the synchronous wheel 2GT, ensuring absolute parallelism between the axes of the two installed synchronous wheels 2GT is the most important place in the synchronous wheel 2GT transmission system, otherwise it is likely to cause the synchronous wheel 2GT to run off or jump teeth and early wear.
5. The frame of the synchronous wheel 2GT installed in the transmission machinery needs to have sufficient stiffness, otherwise the synchronous wheel 2GT may cause the axis non parallelism during operation.
