1SN 2SN Wire Ferrule

Therefore, we are talking about the preparation before the crimping of 1SN 2SN wire ferrule:

Firstly we have to measure and calculate the insert required depth of the hose when we insert the hose into the ferrule, and use a chalk to mark the depth position at both ends of the hose.

Secondly, we can insert the hose into the ferrule and check whether the insert depth mark coincides with the inner edge of the ferrule, if it is correct, then insert hose fitting barb into the hose, so that the groove step of the ferrule coincides with the groove of the fitting core ring, to ensure the groove of the ferrule is pressed into the fitting core ring when crimping.

When we assemble the hose kit, the direction of the elbow hose fittings have to be consistent with the natural bending direction of the hose.

A rubber hammer should be used to assist the insert of the fittings, and it is forbidden to use an iron hammer or a copper hammer.

Check whether the overall length of pre-assembled hose kit meets the requirements and whether the direction of the elbow fittings meets the requirements.
