If it is an automatic crimping machine, the machine will stop automatically after the crimping is completed, the mold will also be automatically opened, and the next hose can be crimped after the hose has been taking out. If the press is manually operated, the operator needs to constantly observe the degree of shrinkage of steel ferrule. Generally speaking, the suitable crimping is that the steel ferrule tightly wraps the outer rubber of the hose, and there will be no gaps where the ferrule is in contact with the outer rubber of the hose.
