This interlock groove ferrule needs to peel both outside rubber layer of the hose and the inner rubber layer of the hose, so that the ferrule can be crimped tightly on the steel wire of the hose, because this groove ferrule is used for high pressure 4 layer hose or 6 layer hose, their pressure can reach 5000PSI, which requires higher crimping force to achieve a perfect crimping.

SST machinery uses good quality of carbon steel, the treatment is white zinc plaiting, the working temperature of groove ferrule is from -40 degree Celsius to +121 degree Celsius, the hose kit of groove ferrule and hose can stand awful weather and oil resistant.

The regular packaging of groove ferrule is mass packaging, we will use standard export packaging, that is plastic bag+boxes+plywood pallet to protect our goods, we also can proceed custom packaging, such as individual packaging for 10pcs or 20pcs in a small bag, or special boxes, just the packaing cost is higher, so if it is possible, we recommend our general export mass packaging, which is already enough to achieve good sea worthy delivery.
