Clearance fit
Fit with clearance (including zero minimum clearance). A ~ H (a ~ H) forms a clearance fit with the reference hole (or reference shaft), which is mainly used in occasions where there is relative movement between mating parts or there are no radial functional requirements.
Interference fit
Fit with interference (including zero minimum interference). P ~ ZC (P ~ ZC) forms an interference fit with the reference hole (or reference shaft), and the interference increases in turn. It is mainly used for permanent connection or torque transmission by cooperation.
Transition fit
There may be a fit with clearance or interference. js、j、k、m、 Φ (or JS, J, K, m, n) form a transition fit with the reference hole (or reference shaft) and tighten it in turn. It is mainly used for dimensions with centering requirements and disassembly requirements when repairing, the transmission torque depends on the key or pin. Such as the fit between gear hole and shaft.
Gear shaft tolerance:
Radial runout error of ring gear (i.e. geometric eccentricity)
The radial runout of the gear ring refers to that within the one revolution range of the gear, the probe is in the tooth groove or on the gear tooth, which is in double-sided contact with the high and middle parts of the gear, and the installation of the probe relative to the gear tooth hole is not coincident with the rotation center of the workbench, or the deviation is too large.
Or the eccentricity is caused by poor contact of the locating surface due to poor manufacturing of the center and the center hole, so the diameter jump of the ring gear should be analyzed and solved from the above reasons.
