Generally, the load is small and stable, Clearance fit can be adopted, H7 / H6. Large load, impact, transition fit, H7 / K6; H7/m6.The above two are common forms of cooperation. If it is heavy load and serious impact, interference fit should be considered.
In actual assembly, there are only two matching forms: clearance and interference, which is easy to understand. Transition fit is the possibility of both clearance fit and interference fit. Only after the parts are processed and formed can the fit form be determined during assembly.
The bevel gear shaft forging process is a forging process that combines open hollow extrusion and non isothermal forging. The hollow pinion shaft is manufactured with a step to improve the dimensional accuracy of the forged hollow shaft.

Inductive operation heats the workpiece locally and produces spatially varying flow stress.
In the taper operation, the solid part is compressed by a die with a tapered cavity to produce a tapered head. Extrusion stage in non isothermal forging process in the second forging process, mandrel extrusion was replaced by plug extrusion, and plug extrusion was added between upsetting and coning operations. After the gear shaft workpiece is upset, the steps on the cylinder are formed by plug type hollow extrusion.
