The use of industrial materials is very important for industry development. Some materials can play a very big role. These materials are also used to better facilitate industrial production. Just like the use of PTFE hose kit, it is very common in industrial industry, but the problems will inevitably occur in the process of use, which requires the users to check and maintain PTFE hose assembly to ensure that they can operate normally.

Avoid electromechanical moisture. Rainproof measures should be taken when Teflon pipes are stored in the open air. In the process of storage and handling, the mesh belt should be prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the mesh belt, and the surface of the mesh belt should be kept clean.
The conveyor belt using PTFE hose should be kept clean frequently. There must be no debris in the air inlet and outlet. Remove dust and other debris from mesh belts and pipes in time to keep power supply facilities sufficient.
According to the usage, the PTFE hose should be supplemented or replaced with grease on schedule (the electromechanical closed bearing does not need to be replaced with grease during its service life) to ensure good lubrication of the meshing belt during operation. Close the Teflon hose and electromechanical bearing and fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with lithium-based grease. To ensure safety, the PTFE film is resistant to low temperatures, has a low coefficient of friction, and can be used for lubrication, making it an ideal coating for easy-to-clean inner layers.

If your hose leaks due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will replace it at no charge! Please note that this warranty does not cover damage to the hose or fittings caused by external forces such as heat, abrasion, impact, installation errors, use of incompatible fluids, etc.
