How to remove the belt pulley on the motor.

It is very important to add a little lubricating oil at the three contact points of screw hole, disassembly hole, cone sleeve and shaft.

Because after the machine operates for a period of time, the engagement between the cone sleeve and the shaft will be tighter, and the unit can be measured by wire. When the lubricating oil drips, gently tap the wheel body several times with a soft sag to let the lubricating oil enter the inner gap as much as possible.

This is to prevent the engagement between the cone sleeve and the shaft from being too tight and too much friction during disassembly and knocking. Minimize the damage of pulley and motor shaft caused by too tight surface of pulley and shaft.

When knocking, be sure to use a soft hammer (wood hammer or rubber hammer) to gently knock the wheel body. When the belt pulley and shaft are about to fall off, a specially assigned person shall watch next to the wheel to prevent the cone sleeve from falling off the wheel body after separation.

Attention must be paid to the safety of the staff here, because the falling off of the cone sleeve may hit the motor shaft and cause damage to the motor. It is also very dangerous for people to stand too close.

The selection steps of motor synchronous wheel are divided into the following three types:

1. Determine the speed of the large synchronous pulley according to the power required by the machine and the speed of the small synchronous pulley, and then determine the synchronous belt and the model of the synchronous pulley.

2. Within the allowable range of the belt speed and space of the synchronous belt, the diameter of the small synchronous belt pulley can be as large as possible.

3. Then determine the number of teeth of the large synchronous pulley or the diameter of the large synchronous pulley according to the requirements of the transmission ratio.
