Conveyor Rubber Belt

Conveyor rubber belt is one of the kinds of conveyor belt that are widely used in industrial production. It brings convenience to a large number of enterprises. The main material of rubber conveyor belt is rubber, which can be divided into four types.

1、 Buffer rubber layer

The function of the buffer rubber layer is to absorb and disperse the impact of materials on the conveyor belt, reduce the wear of the conveyor belt, and play a buffering role. In addition to this role, there is another role that also has a great gain on the conveyor belt. That is, the buffer rubber layer can increase the viscosity of the covering layer and the belt core layer, and increase their adhesion.

2、 Covering glue

The covering rubber load bears the impact and wear of materials on the conveyor belt when the conveyor belt is carrying. The most important thing is that the covering rubber should have sufficient wear resistance, as well as sufficient toughness, tensile strength and viscosity.

3、 Cloth layer adhesive

In general, natural rubber will be selected to add a certain amount of styrene butadiene rubber to the cloth layer adhesive, and the rubber content must be more than 50%. At the same time, attention should be paid to avoid rubber aging during vulcanization, and proper vulcanization time should be selected.

4、 Rubbing

Glue wiping is the process of bonding the canvas layer with core, which requires a strong bonding ability for the core material, as well as good plasticity.
