The rack and pinion used in lifting gear rack applications has the following advantages:

1. Basically, there will be no accident that the gear rack is damaged and falls (otherwise for synchronous belt application);

2. The motor and reducer are installed on the sliding base and will not move up and down with the rack, reducing the stress and improving the stress condition (for the lead screw, the motor / reducer moves up and down with the rack);

3. Large weight objects can be lifted (the belt cannot lift large weight; large diameter lead screw is required to lift large weight, resulting in high cost);

4. Processing and assembly are convenient and simple.

If the integrated rack guide rail is adopted, that is, the roller guide rail with rack can be easily combined with the guide rail system and the transmission system.

In some lifting gear rack applications, due to the distance between the center of gravity of the load and the mounting surface of the guide rail, a large overturning moment will be generated. It is recommended to adopt the following form of double row roller guide rail mechanism:

1. The guide rail on one side is a V-shaped roller guide rail, and the guide rail on the other side is a rectangular roller guide rail, which reduces the installation parallelism requirements of the guide rails on both sides.

2. The distance between the upper and lower rollers in the vertical direction determines the allowable overturning torque. The force borne by the roller is mainly radial force, which is well adapted to this stress condition.

The Lifting Gear Rack is used to connect a garden hose to a water source or fittings, or to connect two garden hoses together.
