Toothed belt maintenance V-belt is a consumable. In order to achieve the use effect, a group of brand-new belts should be used to match the equipment. It is recommended to regularly check the groove pulley of the equipment, the parallelism of the groove pulley, and whether the V-belt is elongated, abnormal heat accumulation or wear. Replace it if necessary. Do not mix the old and new belts in the same group. 

The covering layer of toothed belt is composed of plain rubber canvas (mainly cotton canvas and polyester cotton canvas) cut at an angle of 45 °. It has excellent elasticity and friction, can connect all parts into a whole, protect other parts from wear and corrosion, and can increase the straightness of V-belt.  

The compressed rubber layer of Rubber Raw Edge Belt is composed of rubber with excellent bending fatigue resistance. It bears the compression stress generated by the running bending of the V-belt, maintains the stiffness and elasticity of the V-belt, and plays a role in the V-belt section and the friction contact surface with the pulley to improve the transmission efficiency. 

Rubber Raw Edge Belt toothed V-belt is forced by friction between two inclined planes. However, due to the teeth, compared with ordinary V-belts, they have better flexibility, faster heat dissipation and more stable operation.
