P8M Synchronous Belt

In addition, it is also necessary to refer to the installation space requirements of the machinery, the size and model of the synchronous belt pulley, the material of the synchronous belt, etc., which are determined by the working environment.
P8M synchronous belt pulley is composed of three parts: rim, spoke and hub. When designing the belt pulley, the structure shall be easy to manufacture, the mass distribution shall be uniform, the weight shall be light, and excessive internal stress due to casting shall be avoided. 5> Static balance shall be carried out at 5m / s, and dynamic balance shall be carried out at V > 25m / s. The materials of synchronous pulley are usually gray cast iron, 45 # steel, aluminum alloy, copper or engineering plastics. Gray cast iron is most widely used. When v ≤ 30m / s, HT200 is used. When v ≥ 25 ~ 45m / s, inoculated cast iron should be used to open cast steel, or steel plate can be used to punch a welded pulley. Small power transmission can be made of cast aluminum and plastic.
