PJ belt pulley is used with PJ belt.

Micrometer shall be used to measure the inner diameter of the PJ belt pulley. When measuring and using the micrometer, the largest connecting rod of the ruler must be connected with the micro head of the multi wedge pulley, and the measured contact shall be connected in turn, so as to reduce the axis bending after connection.

When measuring the inside diameter of the V-belt pulley, you need to check all the changes when the micrometer head is fixed and loosened.

When using the inner diameter ruler to measure the wheel hole of the PJ belt pulley, it is necessary to support the measured contact and the measured surface on the measured surface, and adjust the differential cylinder, so that the measured surface on one side of the differential cylinder swings in the radial section of the hole, so as to find out the minimum dimension measured. The micrometer can be read out without tightening the screws.

There will be the problem of attitude measurement when measuring the multi wedge pulley. Attitude measurement means that the data obtained during measurement is consistent with the data used.

When measuring the inner diameter of the multi wedge pulley with a micrometer, the position of the support shall be particularly correct. After lengthening, the gravity deformation of large-scale inner diameter ruler involves various form and position errors such as straightness, parallelism and perpendicularity. Its stiffness will be reflected in the natural deflection.
