PM belt pulley is used with PM belt.

We provide all series of v-ribbed PM belt pulleys (J3-M20), from DP20mm to 710mm. Standard straight and tapered holes are available. The multi wedge pulley is made of GG25, GGG45, S45C or other materials required by the customer.

How to calculate the length of v-ribbed belt

Multi wedge belt refers to the circular rubber synchronous belt with trapezoidal wedges of 40 ° in longitudinal direction with equal spacing arranged on the inner surface based on the flat belt, and the moving surface is the side of the wedge when working.

Since the contact area and friction between the V-ribbed belt and the pulley are relatively large, the load is evenly distributed along the belt edge when moving, so its transmission force is greater. Moreover, because the belt itself is thin and light, flexible and reasonable in structure, its working stress is small and it can work on smaller pulleys. The back of the v-ribbed belt can also be driven, and the automatic tension adjuster can also be used, which will make the transmission more safe and reliable.

Multi wedge belt is especially suitable for high-speed operation with compact structure and high transmission power, mainly used for transmission of power equipment such as engine and motor.
