4 Layer Reinforced Hose

4 layer reinforced hose is a kind of oil resistant hose, because the inner layer of the hose is oil resistant synthetic rubber, the middle of the hose is 4 layer reinforced steel wire, the outside layer is abrasion and weather resistant rubber, the working pressure of this hose is from 2400PSI to 6400PSI.  

Hydraulic hose is mainly composed of a liquid-resistant inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a reinforced layer, and an outer rubber layer. The inner rubber layer has the function of making the conveying medium withstand pressure and protecting the steel wire from erosion. The steel wire layer is a skeleton material that acts as a reinforcement. The outer rubber layer has the function of protecting the steel wire from damage.

1SN/R1 hose represents 1 layer steel wire braided hydraulic hose, but the implementation standards are different. 1SN is German standards, and R1 implements American standards; 2SN/R2 stands for 2-layer steel wire braided hydraulic hose, 2SN implements German standards, and R2 implements American standards; 4SP and 4SH are 4-layer steel wire wound hydraulic hoses, which comply with German standards.
