Hydraulic Elbow Fitting

SST machinery provides different kinds of hydraulic elbows with various threads, the material of our hydraulic elbow fitting is carbon steel Q235 or C45, the surface treatment is Cr6free zinc plating.

As we know hydraulic elbow fitting is a pipe fitting that changes the direction of the pipeline, which is different with straight fittings. The fitting body is a bridge connecting hydraulic pipe fittings and hydraulic equipment. When the pipe fitting is connected to the equipment, the connection method does not match or the diameter needs to be reduced. This task is completed by the fitting body. One end of the fitting body is connected to the pipe joint, and the other end is connected to the equipment. According to the angle, there are three commonly used hydraulic elbow fitting: 45°, 90° and 180°. In addition, according to the needs of the project, it also includes other custom angle elbows such as 60°. 

The materials of hydraulic elbow fitting are casting iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable casting iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics. The ways to connect with the pipe are also different: direct welding (commonly used) flange connection, hot melt connection, electrofusion connection, threaded connection and socket connection, etc. According to the production process, hydraulic elbow fitting can be divided into: welding elbow, stamping elbow, push elbow, casting elbow, butt welding elbow, etc.
