BSP Hose Fitting

The regular seal cone of BSP thread is 60 degree, the material of BSP hose fitting is steel Q235 or C45, the treatment is white galvanization to stand at least 48 hours salt spray test.

BSP thread marks in inches, according to the shape, it is divided into two types cylindrical and conical; according to the tooth angle, it also has two types: 55° and 60°. The 1/4, 1/2, 1/8 marks in the thread refer to the diameter of the thread size in inches. 

SST machinery provides straight BSP hose fittings, 45 degree hose fitting and 90 degree hose fitting, their item number is 22611, 22641, 22691 respectively, you can choose crimped nut hose fitting or free nut hose fitting as you prefer. 

The regular packaging of BSP hose fitting is mass packaging, we will use standard export packaging, that is plastic bag+boxes+plywood pallet to protect our goods, we also can proceed custom packaging, such as individual packaging for 10pcs or 20pcs in a small bag, or special boxes, just the packaing cost is higher, so if it is possible, we recommend our general export mass packaging, which is already enough to achieve good sea worthy delivery.

BSP Hose Fittings use a 60° angle seal using metal-to-metal surfaces or a mix of metal-to-metal and O-ring components. This sealing process meets the requirements of BS 5200 and ISO 12151-6 standards.

A: Generally speaking our lead time is around 30 days to 60 days for production, while if we have stock, the delivery time is around one week.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?

A: We can provide samples free of charge for our stock items, while we do not afford the freight. For no stock sample, we need sample charges.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: We will proceed 100% prepayment for total amount less than $3000 dollar, and 30% down payment+70% balance payment for total amount more than $3000 dollar.
