Thread Locked quick Coupling is a joint that can realize pipeline connection or disconnection without tools. Our product is made of high-quality raw materials, strong and durable, not easy to wear. In addition, it also has the advantages of saving time and effort, simple installation and operation, and can effectively save time. Thread Locked fast Coupling is widely used for quick installation of air pipelines, fittings of pneumatic tools, and so on.
The big difference of this quick coupling is the thread, we can screw the female part and male part together to make them connect and disconnect, both processes can be proceeded under residual pressure. SST machinery also provides good quality of NBR and PTFE back up ring for our quick connectors.
The material of thread locked quick coupling is carbon steel with zinc plating, our standard packaging is export sea delivery packaging, that is boxes+pallet.
1. Boxes:
a. Boxes must be constructed of cardboard, wood, or other suitable material that can adequately protect the items inside.
b. Boxes must be properly sealed with tape or other appropriate fastener to ensure secure and safe transport.
c. Boxes must meet size and weight requirements set by the carrier and be clearly labeled with the intended destination.
2. Pallet:
a. The pallet must be constructed of wood, plastic, or other appropriate material that can adequately protect the boxes.
b. The pallet must be secured with straps or other appropriate fasteners to ensure secure and safe transport.
c. The pallet must be clearly labeled with the intended destination, weight, and height.
d. The pallet must meet size and weight requirements set by the carrier and should be suited for forklift or other appropriate handling.
