The material for inner layer of the hose is PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), the outside layer is stainless steel braiding layer, both end fitting is SS304 JIC female straight or elbow, we also can provide other fittings as request.

Teflon tube is made of poly tetra fluoroe thylene dispersed resin and organic solvent as extrusion aids, dried and sintered. According to the size of the tube, it can be divided into capillary hose and regular hose. The inner diameter of the hose is greater than 4mm we call it regular hose, and the inner diameter of the hose is less than or equal to 4mm, we call it capillary hose.

The range of SS braiding hose is from 1/4" to 2", the packaging is our standard export packaging, we will wrap the hose by rolls with plastic tapes, and put rolls into the pallets or put it directly into the container, which depends on the requirements from our clients. While please do not worry, our packaging is well enought to stand long-time sea delivery, if you have special packaging way, please contact our sales team for further discussion.
