Flat Face Hose Fitting

ORFS is short for O-ring face seal fitting, we have two kinds of ORFS hose fittings, the difference is the nut, you can choose crimped nut flat face hose fitting or free nut flat face hose fitting. 

The materail we use for production of falt face hose fitting is carbon steel Q235 or C45, please find below their characteristic respectively:

Carbon steel is an iron-carbon alloy with a carbon content of 0.0218% to 2.11%, it is also called carbon steel. Generally also contains a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus. Generally, the higher the carbon content in carbon steel, the greater the hardness and the higher the strength, but the lower the plasticity.

Q235 carbon steel features: low price, excellent process performance (such as weldability and cold formability).

Q235 application: General engineering structure and general mechanical parts. Q235 can be used to make bolts, nuts, pins, hooks and less important mechanical parts, as well as rebar, section steel, steel bars, etc. in building structures.

C45 high quality carbon structural steel: It directly indicates ten thousand percent of the carbon content of the metal.

C45 Application: Non-alloy steel for manufacturing important mechanical parts is generally used after heat treatment.
