DKOL Hose Fitting

Hose fitting is a part that connects pipelines in hydraulic systems or installs pipelines on hydraulic components. This is a general term for connecting parts that can be assembled and disassembled in fluid system.

This DKOL hose fitting followed DIN standard, and divided into light series (DKOL) and heavy series (DKOS). Each series has some threads of the same size, but the outer diameter of the hose for heavy series fittings is smaller and the tube wall is thicker. Due to the different dimensions of the tube and density cone, the light and heavy series are not interchangeable.

DIN male 24° inner cone seals with non-expandable female swivel joints. These female threaded fittings use 1 round male (DKL/DKS) or 1 O-ring (DKOL/DKOS) and are mounted on the outside towards the 24° cone. Female DKL sizes and fittings M26 and below have a 24°/60° universal cone and can be used to replace female DKM fittings with a 60° cone.

The material of DKOL hose fitting is Q235 or C45, the surface treatment is white zinc plating. Our regular packaging is export mass packaging, plastic bag+box+pallet, which can stand sea delivery.
