SS304 Braiding PTFE Hose

PTFE is short for polytetrafluoroethylene and has many good characteristics:

its excellent corrosion resistance makes it able to withstand nearly all strong acids (including aqua regia)

its strong insulation resistance enable it not to affect by the environment and frequency, and the volume resistance can reach 1018 ohms/cm, low dielectric loss and high breakdown voltage;

PTFE material also has excellent high and low temperature resistance, and has no effect on temperature changes, usable working temperature -190 ℃ ~ +250 ℃;

PTFE material has unique self-lubricating properties, with smallest friction coefficient in the material, it is an ideal oil-free lubricating material, and can be used as oil-free bearing, etc.;

In additions to that, PTFE’s surface is not sticky. According to investigation, the known solid materials cannot adhere to the surface, and it is a solid material with the smallest surface energy;

PTFE material also has good atmospheric aging resistance, radiation resistance and low permeability, and it is exposed to the atmosphere for a long time, the surface properties remain unchanged, as well as the incombustibility of PTFE materials, and the oxygen limit index is below 90. If the open flame is removed, the PTFE materials will not be damaged, it will continue to burn.

But it is worthy noticing that although PTFE material is non-toxic and safe, while it will release toxic gases when the temperature increases above 380 ℃ or open flame, which needs us to pay attention to.

The packaging of SS304 Braiding PTFE Hose is our standard export packaging, we will wrap the hose by rolls with plastic tapes, and put rolls into plastic bag, or pallets or put it directly into the container, which depends on the detailed order qty and our customers' requirements.
