20M synchronous belt can fit 20M synchronous belt pulley.

The circular arc tooth 20M synchronous belt pulley is different from the square tooth of the ladder tooth 20M synchronous belt pulley and the T-type synchronous belt pulley because its tooth shape has the characteristics of circular arc. The circular arc tooth synchronous belt pulley can meet the transmission of high power, and its transmission power is 3-5 times larger than the ladder tooth and T-type tooth.

(1) Circular arc cylindrical gears are divided into single circular arc gears and double circular arc gears.

(2) The contact line strength of single circular arc gear is higher than that of involute gear under the same conditions, but the bending strength is lower than that of involute gear.

(3) Circular arc gear mainly adopts soft tooth surface or medium hard tooth surface. When hard tooth surface is adopted, dwarf teeth are generally used.

Due to the lack of Ni and Cr in China, 20CrMnTi carburized steel or boron containing rare earth steel are often used. 18CrMnNiMo carburized steel or medium carbon alloy steel is often used for heavy machinery. 40Cr and 38CrMoAl steels will be used in the field of machine tools. In addition, 25Cr2MoV steel will be used for nitriding of high-speed synchronous pulley.

For example, in analyzing the contact area of tooth surface and finding the angle between meshing line and relative speed, the program is compiled for elastohydrodynamic lubrication and geometric parameter calculation. In addition, there are programs for the modification of synchronous belt pulley and the calculation of bearing capacity. The program software of gb3480-83 standard for the calculation of bearing capacity of involute cylindrical synchronous belt pulley has been prepared for production. In the processing of synchronous belt pulley, the computer can be used to control the whole tooth cutting process, so that the production quality becomes stable and reliable.
