HTD 5M belt:

HTD 5M belt is a belt type widely used in synchronous belt drive series.

HTD 5M belt is mainly used in small package and high-speed operationspace saving and highly stable features.

For precision drives such as office machines and computers, the use of 5m synchronous belt is an ideal solution.

Key points of 5m synchronous belt design:

There are two types of synchronous belt teeth: trapezoidal teeth and arc teeth. There are three series of arc teeth: arc teeth (H series is also called HTD belt), flat top arc teeth (s series is also called STPD belt) and concave top parabolic teeth (R Series).

Operating principle of synchronous belt:

Synchronous belt drive is a new type of belt drive, which is composed of an annular belt with equidistant teeth on the inner peripheral surface and a pulley with corresponding teeth. During operation, the belt teeth mesh with the grooves of the pulley to transmit motion and power, and integrates the respective advantages of belt drive and chain drive gear drive.

Precautions for installation and use of synchronous belt and synchronous wheel:

Reduce the center distance of the belt pulley. If there is a tension pulley, loosen it first, install the belt, and then adjust the center distance. For transmission with fixed center distance, remove the belt pulley first, install the belt on the belt pulley, and then install the belt pulley on the shaft for fixation.
