Only make a cutting template according to the sprocket tooth shape and cut it on the profiling cutting machine. The tooth surface needs to be polished and polished after cutting. The heat treatment of sprocket tooth surface is generally hrc40-45, which can be treated with high frequency or surface flame quenching. Low carbon steel can be carburized.
