Split collar bushing:

Check the pulley groove to ensure that there are no scars or sharp edges, and all dimensions meet the standard. 

Clean the surfaces of all components, such as hub holes, split collar bushing, bolt holes, etc. Fit the cone into the pulley so that all screw holes are aligned. 

Apply oil on the screw (tb1008-tb3030) and thread (tb3525-tb5050) and screw it into the mounting hole, but do not tighten it temporarily. 

Clean the surface of the transmission shaft, push the pulley with cone sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft, and check whether the triangular pulley is aligned. 

When using the keyway, it must be inserted into the shaft hub, and there must be a certain tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub. 

Use a hexagonal wrench conforming to din911 standard to tighten the bolts of each mounting hole alternately and gradually and evenly until the torque shown in the table below is reached. 

In order to prevent the invasion of foreign matters, fill the connecting hole of the hole with grease. 

disassemble for split collar bushing：

1. Loosen all bolts, take out one or two bolts according to the number of disassembly holes, lubricate the bolt pattern and bolts with oil, and insert the bolts into the disassembly holes. 

2. Tighten the bolts alternately until the taper sleeve and pulley are loosened. 

3. Take out the cone sleeve and pulley from the shaft.

After chemical treatment, the split collar bushing is covered with a layer of dense anti-corrosion material, and each specification has a series of standard metric and inch hole diameters. Provide hexagon bolts and shallow keys. Packed separately.

The cone sleeve is a vulnerable part. After a long time of operation, the inner hole and chain slot may be damaged. Before each assembly, check it and replace the spare parts in time if any defects are found.
