There are many types of bevel gear set transmission, which can be divided into different types according to different classification methods for bevel gear set.

1. By transmission ratio

According to whether the transmission ratio of a pair of gears is constant, it can be divided into fixed transmission ratio gear transmission and variable transmission ratio gear transmission. The gear in gear transmission mechanism with variable transmission ratio is generally non-circular, so it is also called non-circular gear transmission. It is mainly used in some machinery with special requirements. 3. According to working conditions

On the other hand, the gear teeth in a closed gear transmission are enclosed in a box, which can guarantee good working conditions and is widely used. The bevel gear is made of 45# steel, which has high wear resistance and is strong and durable.
Please note that this 1:1 bevel gear can only be used with 1:1 gears and cannot be matched with other tooth modules.
