Gear rack drive:

Rack and pinion driven elevator can transport people and goods. It is mainly composed of tower, fence, cabin, driving device, control system, section adding device, safety device and lifting system.

Compared with the simple elevator, the rack and pinion driven elevator has the characteristics of high height, fast erection speed, safety and reliability, dual-use of people and goods, and is widely used in building construction, especially in high-rise building construction.

1. Tower for gear rack drive.

Pipe truss structure composed of several standard segments. In order to ensure the stability of the tower, the attached rod is used to connect with the building every certain height (about 10 ~ 15m). Rack and guide rail are installed on the tower section.

2. Cabin and fence for gear rack drive.

When the car is lowered into the fence, the door will open automatically, and when it is raised, the door will close automatically. To ensure safe operation. A spring buffer is installed at the bottom of the fence. Protect the cabin from impact when landing and ensure smooth shutdown. The cabin is a container for carrying people or goods, and the fence is a device for enclosing the cabin and the tower, which is located at the bottom of the tower. 3. Driving device

The section adding device is located at the top of the machine compartment and is a manual or motorized small boom crane. When adding sections, the machine compartment rises to a certain distance from the tower top, and the crane is used to lift the standard section to be added to the tower top. After it is in place and fixed, the section adding process is completed. In order to ensure the safe operation of the elevator, it is equipped with speed limiting braking device, travel limit switch, traveling door protection switch, etc. It is set in the machine compartment and is composed of motor, reducer and gear rack. The gear at the output shaft end of the reducer extends out of the car, engages with the rack fixed on the tower, and runs up and down with the car. There is a control system in the cabin, and the operator can also run at random.
