Polyurethane seamless round belt features:

1. The injection molding process is one-time molding, and the whole belt does not have the connection port of the traditional connecting round belt, which avoids the risk of belt fracture caused by various factors such as unstable connection process.

2. The belt adopts injection molding process and is formed in a sealed cavity at one time. Compared with the traditional open extrusion molding, the product has higher density and higher tensile force.

3. The rough surface of the product adopts the die surface treatment technology. Compared with the traditional extrusion products, the rough surface of the formed products is uniform and consistent, and there are no inconsistent rough cracks or different depths.

4. The product is formed by mold. Compared with the traditional connection process, the length repeatability is good, so as to avoid the possibility of different product lengths caused by various reasons.

According to the spoke structure, it can be divided into three types: solid pulley, spoke pulley and spoke pulley. The common materials of V-pulley are gray cast iron, steel, aluminum alloy or engineering plastics, among which gray cast iron is the most widely used. The pulley is composed of rim, web (spoke) and hub. The annular part of the outer ring of the pulley is called the rim, which is the working part of the pulley.

The structural design of the pulley is mainly to select the structural shape according to the datum diameter of the pulley, and determine the size of the outer groove of the pulley according to the section type of the belt. The commonly used v-belt pulley structures are solid type, web type, orifice type and wheel spoke type.

Solid pulley is used when the reference diameter is less than or equal to 2.5 times the diameter of the shaft.

Web type pulley is adopted when the reference diameter is less than or equal to 300mm.

Orifice plate pulley is used when the difference between the inner and outer circle diameters of the orifice plate is greater than or equal to 100mm.

Spoke pulley, used when the reference diameter is greater than 300mm.
