Precautions for belt pulley assembly and installation

Gasoline must be used for the last cleaning before assembly to ensure that all parts are clean and dry, so as to ensure that the mating surface fits closely without oil stain and has sufficient friction.

The hexagon socket bolts for assembly shall also be washed with gasoline and dried before assembly. Lubricating oil or grease shall not be coated in the bolts or screw holes to ensure sufficient friction self-locking capacity after the bolts are fastened.

When the three hexagon socket bolts are about to be installed in place, they need to be tightened in turns to ensure that the cone sleeve( taper bushing 2525) is subjected to uniform axial force and that the pulley and cone sleeve are well positioned coaxially.

Before installation, check and measure the length of the hexagon socket bolt for assembly, so as to ensure that the assembly bolt can withstand the bottom end of the blind hole of the cone sleeve( taper bushing 2525) after tightening, so as to ensure the tight fit of the cone surface, and ensure that the bolt is subjected to the reverse thrust of the bottom end of the blind hole, resulting in the same anti loosening effect as the double nut principle.

After the belt pulley is fastened, pull the wire to check and adjust the relative position of the driving and driven belt pulleys to ensure that the two pulleys are on the same plane and the belt tension is appropriate.

The pulley cover shall be intact and firmly installed to ensure that major safety accidents are caused by belt fracture or pulley loosening and withdrawal during operation.

The cone sleeve( taper bushing 2525) is a vulnerable part. After long-term operation, the inner hole and chain groove may be damaged. It shall be checked before each assembly. If any defect is found, the spare parts shall be replaced in time.
