Disassembly skills of taper sleeve pulley  

When replacing the national standard straight hole pulley, try to use a similar rubber hammer tool to knock, and knock both sides of the pulley at the same time.  

When replacing the national standard straight hole pulley, if it is very difficult to remove the pulley, it should be removed with a horse puller. During the removal of the horse puller, it should be noted that it should not be forced by air, but should be pulled out bit by bit, so that the pulley is not easy to be damaged.  

When installing the national standard pulley, be careful not to knock the pulley into the motor shaft. If lubricating oil is used, the pulley can be installed more quickly.  

When replacing the European standard taper sleeve pulley, first remove the locked screw with a suitable Allen wrench, and then screw the removed screw into the removal hole to separate the pulley from the taper sleeve( taper bushing2012). If the cone sleeve cannot be removed from the shaft, gently tap it with a rubber tool to separate the cone sleeve from the shaft.  

When replacing the pulley, first ensure that the surface of the pulley is not damaged, and apply lubricating oil on the shaft hole, which can make the pulley more convenient to remove, so as not to affect the next use.  

When installing the cone sleeve( taper bushing 2012) as a belt pulley, pay attention to the method of screw self-locking, and do not use hammers and other tools for installation.  

First rotate the bolt out of the fastening hole, and then screw the bolt into the disassembly hole at the same time. At this time, the bolt needs to be forced at the same time. When the disassembly hole is stressed at the same time, the belt pulley will fall off from the cone sleeve, and the disassembly of the sleeve( taper bushing 2012) and the belt pulley is completed.
