Types of hydraulic pumps
Hydraulic pump is a kind of hydraulic component that provides pressurized liquid for hydraulic transmission. It is a kind of pump. Its function is to convert the mechanical energy of power machines (such as electric motors and internal combustion engines) into liquid pressure energy. The output flow can be adjusted according to needs, which is called variable.
There are three kinds of pumps commonly used in hydraulic system: gear pump, vane pump and plunger pump.
1、 Gear pump:
The volume is small, the structure is simple, the cleanliness of the oil is not strict, and the price is cheap; However, the pump shaft suffers from unbalanced force, serious wear and leakage. When the motor drives the gear of the oil pump to rotate, the volume of the oil suction chamber of the pump body gradually increases due to the disconnection of a pair of gears
2. Vane pump:
Has divided into single acting vane pump and double acting vane pump. The pump has the advantages of uniform flow, stable operation, low noise, higher working pressure and volumetric efficiency than gear pump, and more complex structure than gear pump.
3. Ram-type pump:
With high volumetric efficiency and small leakage, it can work under high pressure and is mostly used in high-power hydraulic systems; However, it has complex structure, high requirements for materials and processing accuracy, high price and high requirements for oil cleanliness. It is generally used when the gear pump {and vane pump cannot meet the requirements
In the hydraulic system, the piston pump is divided into axial piston pump and radial piston pump; As the radial piston pump is a new type of high-efficiency pump with high technical content, with the continuous acceleration of localization.
