Classification of hydraulic tubes
Hydraulic hoses has been classified by different pressure, diameter, number of steel wire layers and joint types. The inlet and return pipes are mostly used low-pressure oil pipes, generally 1 layer below 16Mpa. The oil outlet pipe is a high-pressure oil pipe, which is selected according to the system pressure.
The hard pipes are made of metal materials, generally Q235, C45 and stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), etc., and there is also a resin hose from the fuel tank to the pump, which is generally a kind of spiral hose with steel wire!
