SST machinery provides full range of stainless steel hose ferrules to work together with high pressure hydraulic hoses, generally speaking we have 1SN stainless steel ferrule for 1SN hose, and 2SN stainless steel ferrule for two layers reinforced ferrule, 4SN ferrrule for 4SP/4SH high pressure hoses, we also have groove stainless steel ferrule for spiral hose R13 and R15, as well as special stainless steel PTFE ferrule for PTFE stainless steel braiding hoses.  

The most popular material we used for stainless steel ferrule is SUS304, for higher anti-corrosion purpose, we also use stainless steel SUS316, the material price is much higher than 304SS, so we can choose the suitable material according to specific circumstances.

Pipe fittings are used for the connection between oil pipes and hydraulic components. The main functions are to fix the pipeline and be able to deform properly to compensate for the positioning error of the hydraulic components, also in order to keep the seal even when the pipeline has a certain vibration. The pipe fitting consists of two parts: one part is connected to the pipe and the other part is connected to other components or pipes. The two parts are then connected by thread screws.

The regular packaging of stainless steel ferrule is export mass packaging, first we will assemle the O-ring and washer to our fitting, and then put the fitting into a very big plastic bag to protect our fitting from moisture and anti-oxidant to suit sea delivery, after that we will put them into the box, the last we will pile the box into pallet, we have two pallets, one is 6 side plywood pallet, the other is just one side pallet, please find our sales team for detailed pictures.
