②Software system: The software system for automatic detection of thread parameters mainly includes system control module and image processing module.

System control module: initialization; complete the initialization configuration of the system image interface card and standard parameters. Image manipulation; acquire and save 8-bit gray image, capture image to memory.

Image processing module: The image processing module includes image preprocessing algorithms for reducing noise and highlighting thread profile edge information, edge detection and extraction algorithms for detecting and extracting profile edge information, system calibration algorithms for measuring the actual size of digital images, and for calculating the thread profile. parameters, etc.
