Flat Seal Fast Coupling

SST machinery provides different seal of hydraulic fast couplings, such as A type poppet fast couplings, B type fast couplings, as well as flat seal fast couplings, the material of the coupling is carbon steel, the surface treatment is zinc plating. The regular size is from 1/8" to 1".

The regular packaging for flat seal fast coupling is small individual box+big carton box+pallet, you can find lables on both individual box and carton box, we will also paste marking outside the pallets.

Hydraulic fast coupling is different with penumatic fast couplings from the following points:

1.The applications are different: pneumatic joints are used in low pressure occasions, while hydraulic joints are used in high pressure occasions.

2.The connection thread methods of the two are quite different. The pneumatic joints are generally PT teeth, NPT teeth, and G threads. The threaded joints of the two hydraulic joints widely include metric threads, inch threads, and American threads.

3.In terms of material, most of the pneumatic joints are plastic joints, while the hydraulic joints are mostly carbon steel and stainless steel joints, and the wall thickness and quality of the joints are higher than those of the pneumatic joints.

4.The price difference between the two is very large, and the hydraulic pressure is much more expensive than the pneumatic
