Flange Split Fitting

This kind of flange split fitting consists of a flange split and one regular flange fitting, such as 87311, 87341,87391 or 87611,87641,87691, etc…, Please find below picture for the whole set of flange fitting.  

The material of flange split fitting is carbon steel, the treatment is Cr6free zinc plating, which can stand at least 48 hours saul spray test. Our regular packaging is mass export packaging, that is box+pallet.

The crimping way for rubber hose and the hose fittings:

1. Peel outer layer of the hose

Need to peel off a certain length of the outer rubber layer, suitable for GB/T 3683-92,

GB/T 10544-03, DIN20022, SAE100R1A/R2A and other standard steel wire braided hoses

And steel wire spiral hose.

2. Without peeling off rubber layers

The processing is simple, suitable for fiber braided hose or steel braiding hose like SAE100R1AT/R2AT, etc…

3.peel both outer layer and inner layer of the hose

This kind of crimping is called interlock crimping way, which needs to peel off a certain length of both outer adhesive rubber layer and inner layer, applicable to high pressure steel wire spiral hose as GB/T10544-89 larger sizes of SAE R12 hose and DIN20023-4SH hose.
