Safety Precautions for Hydraulic Component Testing Experiment

1. When the fittings and high-pressure hoses used for testing and testing have obvious defects, they are not allowed to be used;

2. When the connecting screws and exhaust plugs of the components under test are obviously not tightened or there are other obvious appearance defects, the inspection test is not allowed.

3. When there is a fault such as leakage of the equipment, it is not allowed to use the equipment with "sickness".

4. Before starting the tests, all mechanical and electrical equipment must be checked to confirm that there are no hidden dangers before powering on.

5. During the trial operation, it should be ensured that the relief valve is in the unloaded status, and the inspection test can be carried out after confirming that the various parts are normal.

6. When loading or unloading, it should be carried out step by step, and it is strictly forbidden to adjust it in place at one time.

7. The pipeline filled with pressure oil is strictly prohibited from beating, impacting or pressing heavy objects.

8. When carrying out pressure resistance, it is forbidden for the human body to directly face the high pressure area.

9. When inspecting the component under test, the pressure should be released to 60% of its pressure resistance, and people can approach it for inspection.

10. When disassembling the oil pipe, make sure that the system has been depressurized. At the same time, close the two ball valves at the outlet, and use a pressure measuring hose at the pressure measuring interface to remove the residual pressure and close it for inspection.
