R8 Thermoplastic Hose

SST machinery provides both R7 and R8 thermoplastic hose, the difference between these two type of hoses is the reinforced layer, R7 hose just has one layer of fiber, while R8 hose has two layer of fiber, so R8 hose is a little stronger than R7 hose, and can stand a little higher pressure.

The inner material of the hose is nylon, reinforced layer is aramid fiber, outside material is thermoplastic nylon, if you have other requirements for the material, we will also try our best to provide. Our regular size range of R8 thermoplastic hose is from 1/8" to 1", of course we also provide micro size of hose if you need. Our regular packaging is standard export packaging, we will wrap the hose by rolls with plastic tapes, and put rolls into plastic bags or boxes, and then pallets or put it directly into the container, which depends on the detailed order qty and our customers' requirements.
