​Thread Brass Bushing

The material of thread brass bushing is H58 or H59, the treatment can be nickel plating or chrome plating, thread brass bushing or brass sleeving is an important component in machinery and equipment, mainly used in large-scale industrial machinery and equipment. There are many types of copper sleeves, such as machine brass rollers, brass bearings, etc. The performance of copper sleeves of different materials is different, and the specifications and sizes of copper sleeves that need to be used in different occasions are also different. There are standards for the specifications of brass sleeves, but they are based on the different materials, such as ZCuSn10Pb1, ZCuSn10Pb5, ZCuPb10Sn10, ZCuPb15Sn8 etc...

In order to meet both hydraulic use and pneumatic application, SST machinery provides many kinds of brass fittings, the straight ones, 45 degree or 90 degree brass elbows, three way or four way brass thread connector or barb connectors, or various kinds of quick couplings, we also can arrange our production for custom brass fittings or brass machining components according to our clients drawings or requirements.

The regular packaging of thread brass bushing is mass packaging, we will use standard export packaging, that is plastic bag+boxes+plywood pallet to protect our goods, we also can proceed custom packaging, such as individual packaging for 10pcs or 20pcs in a small bag, or special boxes, just the packaing cost is higher, so if it is possible, we recommend our general export mass packaging, which is already enough to achieve good sea worthy delivery.
