Nuts and bolts are screwed together for fastening parts, which is a component that must be used in all manufacturing machinery, the material of the nut can be divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals (such as Brass/copper) and other types. Thread brass nuts have the advantages of anti-rust, anti-corrosion, easy to conduct heat and strong electrical conductivity.The tightening torque of the bolt is generally determined according to the strength grade and diameter of the bolt. The torque standard of thread brass nut is only a range and is not very accurate data. This needs to be measured with a torque wrench. For example, the thread diameter is 5mm: the torsional strength of brass nut is 26.6 N*m, select the torque wrench according to the standard, and then use the torque wrench to accurately measure the welding strength, that is, the torque value.

The regular materials we adopted for these brass connectors are high quality brass H58/H59,H60, 360 hard brass etc…, the treatment you can choose is nickel plating or chrome plating according to specific environment.

The packaging way for brass nut is mass packaging, we will put our bolts into plastic bag, then put them into boxes, then package the boxes into plywood pallet, so there will be no problem for delivering our bolts by sea, and you can move the pallet easily by forklift, the pallet is around 1CBM.
