How to replace the endless Conveyor Belt

If the transmission device contains multiple belts, attention should be paid to integrity when replacing them. If only one old belt is replaced, it may cause the tension of the new belt to be appropriate while the tension of the old belt is insufficient, resulting in the transmission device relying solely on the load of the new belt and shortening its service life. Adjust the center distance of the transmission device and manually rotate the driving wheel a few times to feel the tension of the belt. At the same time, use a professional belt tension measuring instrument to ensure that the tension is adjusted to the appropriate level.
