Advantages of 12B roller chain

1. Generality

It can still operate effectively in dirty, oil, gas and other harsh environments. Single power source can drive multi shaft output at the same time, and the speed can be adjusted by the size of ratchet wheel.  

2. Vibration absorbing ability

The chain itself is elastic, and when the oil film is stored in each component, the shaft and motor can be protected from impact force and strain.

3. High durability

Because the load is borne by many teeth on the ratchet gear, the force on each single gear is small to ensure the service life.

4. Light weight and small space

The width is narrow, and the device can also be installed in a very small space, and the space occupied by the unit transmission horsepower is small.

Food machinery

1. Bread production: roller chains 08B-1, 12B roller chain, 16B-1, 12B-1; Bread fermentation conveying chain is about 300 meters.

2. Chocolate: roller conveyor chain 16B-1 or non-standard roller chain, chain plastic guide rail.

3. Biscuit production: 08B-1, - 2, 12B, 16B, ANSI 40-1, 50-1.

4. 12B Roller Chain is also called Master Links. They are used to join the ends of a length of chain. The side plates are easily removed to attach to the chain. Add-and-Join Links are also called Half Links and Offset Links. They can join chains that require an odd number of links. For item numbers 06B and above, the side plates are easily removed to attach them to the chain.

 

Accurately measure chain elongation to see if the chain needs to be replaced. These meters provide more accurate readings than other meters because they are designed to be fixed on rollers and extend over multiple links. The color indicator helps you quickly measure the spacing between rollers. If the meter is on top of the chain and you see green marks, the chain does not need to be replaced. If it slips between two rollers and you only see red marks, it needs to be replaced.
