Cleaning and maintenance

(1) When the taper sleeve( taper bushing 3030) is in stock, it must be oil sealed. The room temperature is between 12 ℃ and 33 ℃. Low temperature will cause water spots on the surface of the taper sleeve to rust. High temperature will cause the oil seal oil to disappear and rust.

(2) Place it vertically on the shelf, don't press anything on it, because the taper sleeve is thin and easy to deform.

(3) The used taper sleeve can be reused after inspection. When it is stored, it should be cleaned first to make sure there is no water on the surface, and then sealed.

When the plug gauge is used to check the taper sleeve( taper bushing 3030), the large end face of the plug gauge grinds out a step, which is the plane of the tolerance zone. The plug gauge is put into the taper sleeve hole and enters the lower plane of the step, which is qualified. Entering the upper plane and the end of the taper sleeve are flat, which is also qualified. This is within the tolerance zone. If the upper plane of the plug gauge exceeds the end of the taper sleeve, it is out of tolerance. Now some steel mills propose that the lower plane difference of the plug gauge is 0.3, which means that the hole is slightly smaller.
